Regional Sales Manager - Mid-Atlantic

Overall Responsibilities:

Aqua Pharmaceuticals is currently seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible and accountable for increasing sales of Aqua's portfolio of prescription drugs in the Mid-Atlantic Region which consists of 4 territories (8 sales representatives). The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the development of the representatives in their Region and coaching representatives in all aspects of their job performance. The Regional Manager directs efforts to implement promotional and marketing programs, manages activity to targeted prescribers within their Region and ensures compliance with corporate policies and practices.

Area Sales Director - East Coast

Overall Responsibilities:

The Area Sales Director is responsible and accountable for the achievement of sales goals of the prescription dermatology product portfolio. The Area Sales Director is to provide the necessary leadership, insights and feedback to help define the culture, structure and future direction of Aqua's field sales force.

Overall Responsibilities:

The IT Service & Project Manager is responsible for facilitating change control ticket flow requiring immediate action to ensure ongoing business is not interrupted; and notifying impacted teams of approved changes. The role will also provide and execute the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with Corporate Service Management Group as well as with the Business Unit Leadership Team; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Aqua Pharmaceuticals, LLC is currently seeking full-time Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to call on targeted dermatologists. These Sales Representatives will sell our products and serve as a professional resource to current and potential physicians and customers. Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a 4 year college degree, 2+ years of sales experience; pharmaceuticals and dermatology experience is a plus.
